The living area has a loveseat, coffee table, and desk with workspace. Step outside to the oversized private balcony with patio furniture and a retractable awning for sun protection. Downtown Santa Barbara is a 4-minute drive, where you'll find State Street lined with restaurants, boutiques, and Stearns Wharf. Santa Barbara Golf Club, Butterfly Beach, East Beach, West Beach, and Leadbetter Beach are all under a 10-minute drive. La Cumbre Plaza shopping center and Santa Barbara Botanic Garden are also nearby. Walk to local Summerland restaurants and cafes right from the property.



Getting Around:

The property is located just off Highway 101 in Summerland. Downtown Santa Barbara is 4 minutes by car. Montecito is 2 minutes away. Santa Barbara Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive. Amtrak rail service is nearby with a Carpinteria station about 10 minutes south. Los Angeles is roughly 90 minutes south via Highway 101.
