"Terrible nunca contestaron, llamamos, escribimos y nada. Llegamos al lugar donde nos marcaba la ubicación las personas no sabían dónde era el lugar, varias personas nos hicieron favor de llamar a los números que apetecen y nadie contestó. Duramos más de 4 horas dando vueltas para encontrar el lugar y nadie contestó. No pudimos llegar y por ende no teníamos donde hospedarnos y llevábamos niños "

"The rooms were always well cleaned and had turn down service everyday. The pool and restaurant service was amazing. A couple of staff members like Rene @ Noi the Italian restaurant was super amazing also labredo by the pool was always very helpful Overall the trip was amazing despite a small mix up for the New Year’s Day celebration which was handled the next day and followed up on to a resolution "

"Our experience at Zoëtry was truly top-notch. The property and amenities were immaculate and felt genuinely luxurious. The pool was fantastic, and the coffee shop was a great added touch. Nelly at the front desk was exceptional - those small, thoughtful details she added really made our stay special. She’s a wonderful ambassador for the hotel. The only opportunity for improvement would be more variety in the food options. Clearwater is a very good restaurant, and the in-room dining choices...

Every staff member we encountered was kind, warm, and genuinely caring. I’m not good at remembering names, but I am so grateful for how they made our trip...
