This charming studio is a new build! It's perfect for a couple or small family. It can sleep up to 5 guests. Our studio is furnished with a high quality queen sized green tea luxe memory foam mattress, down comforter, mattress and pillow protectors (bed bug /dust mite proof), and ultra soft microfiber sheets. The living room futon sofa is also memory foam and folds down into a bed. Additionally, we provide a luxurious queen air mattress with built in electric pump which can sleep 2 extra guests.

This is a 325 sq ft private studio, garage conversion, brand new construction, with beautiful upgrades and interior finishes. It has a separate entrance and designated parking spot on the driveway.
The kitchen features a stainless steel refrigerator and fully equipped with cooking essentials, rice cooker, blender, spice rack, olive oil, coffee, assorted teas, to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
