"We were dropping my son off at college from out of state and out family of 5 came out for the occasion. Sonny’s place was perfectly located and accommodated everyone comfortably. Sonny was very responsive and the process of check in/out was very smooth. The place was clean and well kept. The hot tub and arcade room are nice additions too. Great stay in Santa Ana."

"Our family recently stayed at this location. The unit sleeps 8 and there were 5 of us, although originally it was booked for 4 people. The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person. The listing never stated that they charged per guest. The property also did not accommodate 8 people at the table for a meal. There were only 3 chairs (one was broken). The living room had a small...

"Note to future renters: there are no ceiling fans. If you're someone who likes to have air moving, pack a travel size fan. There are also no tvs in the bedrooms. The living room is okay. 1 comfy couch and 2 sitting chairs. If you're group is larger than 3 it's not a great community area, but it's the only chill option. "This house is very clean, modern, and well equipped with all of the essentials. Family friendly with games, high chair, pack and play, etc.Parking in a dedicated lot easy keypad lock in make coming and going a breeze. It is located on a busy road, so expect some traffic noise."

"Property was nice and quiet and a good size for a small family. Air mattress didn't work though and the couch is very uncomfortable. Otherwise, a nice stay for just a couple of nights."

"The house was clean and it was a very pleasant experience "

"It was clean, had what we needed. It is close to the beach and shopping. Also we were able to park off the street. There were beach towels & toys. That was a nice touch."

"Property is in a safe area close to the major freeways. The house itself, including the kitchen is well equipped. The owner is very communicative and friendly. We highly recommend staying at this property."

"Close to Disneyland. We traveled with our adult children and grandchildren. Plenty of space. Our 2-year old granddaughter loved the children’s books. The snack basket and other goodies were very thoughtful, especially for the little ones. We hope to visit again."
