Sea Bell Home is a nicely decorated and well maintained private home with four bedrooms and two and one half bathrooms. There is a spacious living room, dining area, screened porch and open patio areas on the main level and downstairs. The master suite has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with two other guest bedrooms having queen beds and another bedroom with a twin bed. There's another full bathroom and a half bathroom in the home as well. Downstairs is seating and relaxing space. Going to the beach?... that's a very short walk over the bayou and directly to one of the best beaches on Sanibel Island, Bowman's Beach. Maybe a 5-7 walk. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels for you to use. We'll look forward to welcoming you to our home and Sanibel Island on your next monthly or longer visit. Brand new 20x40 pool and spa with expansive covered and screened enclosure. The landscaping has been completely overhauled making the huge lot like a tropical oasis of your own. 

**Temporarily for beach access, you can walk over to Bowman's Beach Road which extends the beach walk by another couple minutes ... due to Hurricane Ian.**
