"My husband and I had a great time at our cozy condo! It was very clean, small kitchen. Loved the screened in porch. Close to many restaurants! We walked to the beach several times. Nice neighborhood."

"Small but clean two bedroom. Tiny kitchen and bathroom. There are four units in the rental complex, which we did not realize. A lot of traffic, people checking in and out. Outdoor space on top of construction and port a potty next door. Long walk to beach."

The washer and dryer is the icing on the cake. The host Neno, was wonderful and answered all of our questions, and gets back to you right away."

"The apartment is very nicely decorated and comfortable. There are tvs in all the rooms, which is a terrific amenity. And the close proximity to Vanderbilt beach is amazing! The couch is super comfortable for relaxing.The few negatives are the 1. walking noise from the upstairs residents. 2. There is a very bright house light outside of the primary bedroom window that the older shade didn’t block out. Just a set of light blocking curtains would solve this, 3. the sheets could use an upgrade to...

"Enjoyed our stay, the home is just as in pictures. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Fun to sip coffee on the front porch and people watch or stay in the shade on the spacious and comfy lanai. Liked having a garage to keep the car cool. Really enjoyed the bikes to ride to beaches and the park is close by. Definitely recommend "
