"It was thought South Seas would be a high quality stay. It was dirty everywhere I looked. I had to call property mgr several times bc instructions to enter were unclear, tv had no batteries in the remote, and just unclean overall. She was very nice, brought batteries, took filthy rug and offered to have place cleaned. I wrote her of a few of the examples of dirt and said it would disrupt my stay when it should have been cleaned already. I love Captiva, the quietness and slow pace even after the...

"Condo was clean, comfortable and in a great location. We walked to restaurants, beach and pool. Very relaxing!"

"The condo was quite nice but the complex was even better. The arrangement of the condos made for an intimate community setting around the pool. The condos are set back from the beach in a tropical environment. It is beautiful!"

"Overall, the property as a whole was nice. Our specific condo was not as clean as I would expect, especially for how much we paid. There was a significant amount of mold in one of the bathrooms and the carpet was extremely dirty and stiff. The carpet to tile transition in one of the bathrooms was damaged causing exposed nails which was a huge safety issue with two little ones.
