"The house was very nice inside. The neighboring houses are condemned. Getting a trailer in and out of the drive was a challenge as the drive is narrow and the train bridge obstructs view of the road. The property is located next to train tracks and trains entering the tunnel sound the horn at all hours. The trains are loud coal trains that run frequently. "Unfortunately, our room had significant issues. From the moment we entered, there was a strong mildew/musty odor. We reported it, but the hotel was sold out and couldn’t move us. As we settled in, we discovered the carpet was damp underfoot, the comforters felt damp, and the air was extremely moist. The window was painted/sealed shut and couldn’t be opened. This was especially concerning because my daughter has asthma. The bathroom also had deteriorated caulking, dark spotting/discoloration on...

"I had a wonderful stay at The Traveler. The studio had everything I needed for my overnight work trip, and the location was perfect. It is close to convenient amenities and right in the heart of downtown. I will definitely be back."

"The home was very clean. The kitchen had all the cookware and extras that we could have needed. No limitation on cook tools, utensils, bedding. The bed was a nice firm bed. The back yard was very pretty, the Peonies were in bloom. Thanks to the fence it was a great place for our dogs to run around in. As in all lush environments around water, there were a few sprigs of poison ivy on the fence line and the wood pile, but they were easily covered with a piece of firewood."

"This was an excellent place for our vacation. It was clean and well equipped for all your needs away from home. It would have been nice to have access to the garage for parking. I don't like to deal with 3rd party's when I have questions or problems. The host not once did a direct contact with us during our stay. If this is the new policy of VRBO I will be looking elsewhere."
