"Small apartment like housing.. but very spacious inside.. I love the interior decorations.. very modern.. not a fan of the safety deposit box.. it needs updating.. "We enjoyed the friendly, courteous and professionalism of the concierge staff from the moment we booked our stay. Natalie reached out to greet us and offer thier assistance. Natalie made arrangements for our Airport Transfer to and from the Villa. "Both of our rooms were unfortunately smelling of mold as soon as we started the air conditioning. It never disappeared even when we changed the rooms. The hotel has too many restrictions for us. We had a meeting with our attorney as we were planning to make an investment on the island, and as he had to bring along his son of 3 years, we were not allowed to stay inside the hotel. The meeting then had to take place in the parking lot outside the hotel... We were quite shocked by this unnecessary...
