"First the good… The properly is right off the beach which was lovely and the staff was kind and very professional. The staff helped make our trip a four star rather than a three star experience. Now the not so good… The food was just ok. There was also no food for snacking available in between scheduled mealtimes. And, the unacceptable.., During our stay we had a fire alarm go off at 4 am two nights in a row which immediately woke us up out of our sleep. The alarms lasted a few minutes...

"This was our first visit to All Seasons resort and we weren’t disappointed. The room was spacious and airy and well appointed although the electric cooker was disappointing. All of the staff were exceptionally polite and well versed in their jobs. The property is well positioned and is an easy walk into Hole Town. Would definitely stay here again"

"Great location with very nice renovated rooms, overall the property is lovely. Most staff is very friendly. Good pools for the kids along with a beautiful beach, nice loungers for both. Food qualify is good. Menu choices for a la carte are quite limited. Watersports options are great."

"Our stay in the Hawksbill Penthouse was an absolute dream vacation. The suite was incredibly spacious and beautifully appointed, and the photos simply could not capture the breathtaking beauty of the outdoor dining area overlooking the ocean. "Both of our rooms were unfortunately smelling of mold as soon as we started the air conditioning. It never disappeared even when we changed the rooms. The hotel has too many restrictions for us. We had a meeting with our attorney as we were planning to make an investment on the island, and as he had to bring along his son of 3 years, we were not allowed to stay inside the hotel. The meeting then had to take place in the parking lot outside the hotel... We were quite shocked by this unnecessary...

"A very nice experience. The hotel looks like the pictures (the room was even a bit bigger than it looked on the pictures). It is very cheap for the quality you get - my guess is that it is because it is a 20 min walk from the beach."

Owner Mark and Property Manager George were fantastic to deal with and very prompt in responses. Location is great ..close to water and especially to Oistins! "Beliggenheden er helt perfekt. Udsigten er unik. Personalet meget imødekommende og maden er god, også i buffet. Her er smukt og flot design samt gode møbler og komfort. Det eneste jeg kan sætte en finger på, er at du skal stå meget tidlig op for at få en liggestol, da man her gerne bare må smide sine håndklæder om morgenen og så først bruge din liggestol senere på dagen. Der burde være en regel om, at dine håndklæder blev fjernet hvis du lavede dette nummer, for dem som rent faktisk gerne vil...
