Landsteder i Sandwich

"I booked this apartment because the description said it was within walking distance of Sandwich town centre, and the map that was displayed prior to booking indicated it was located off Moat Sole in Sandwich town centre. It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel....

"Utrolig meget larm fra vejen, havde svært ved at sove pga det Desuden en meget lille seng til 2 voksne mennesker Morgenmaden, meget begrænset udvalg. "

HYGGE, SUPER ATMOSFÆRE og, ikke mindst et skønt personale, som vil gøre alt for at opholdet bliver så godt som muligt. VI VENDER HELT SIKKERT TILBAGE til denne dejlige engelske cottage idyl."

"The family room was lovely and well equipped for 2 adults and 2 children. A couple of niggles in that the blind was broken in the bathroom and the rubbish bins were a bit on the small side. Staff were really lovely and nothing was any trouble. Breakfast was delicious and we had 1 meal there which was great. Lovely setting next to the river. Would highly recommend"

"This looks very good from outside and it is a historic building. Unfortunately, it is not restored well on the inside and there are a couple of thing that would have made my judgement better. The room(although meant for 2 people) had a couch but no table. The water in the shower was cold unfortunately although the bathrooms are nice. Staff was friendly but did not know anything about the place or the history and did not care. furniture in the restaurant had large stains and was not very clean...

"Excellent overnight stay prior to getting the Channel Tunnel to France for a holiday. Great location, lovely English pub, good food, great accommodation and lovely staff. Second stay here but will definitely book again if we are going to Europe in the future."

"Overnattede 2 nætter på vejen hjem mod Danmark. Dejligt sted. Fred, ro og godt køkken. Og kun et lille smut ind til Canterbury som er den dejlig by. Vi kan godt anbefale det."
