"This was a great property for our family (with small kids and a dog) for a long weekend to New River Gorge NP. The house was well equipped for us all. The kitchen had all the basics needed, a small charcoal grill on the deck, a firepit with firewood, a restaurant style highchair for our 1yr old, basketball game and foosball table for the 5yr old, basic supplies like dishsoap, laundry soap, papertowels, tp and whatnot. "Overall we enjoyed our stay; roomy with nice, comfortable furniture, bright kitchen, interesting office, and quiet neighborhood. Some concerns: no ice maker, not even ice trays; airfresheners caused our friend to have an asthma attack; could have used bedroom lamps with port for phone charger; needed code for garage door; no instructions for TV; nice pots and pans and dinnerware, but could not locate cutting board, measuring spoons or cups, or cookie sheet.
