"I rented both rooms that this particular gentleman offers and was extremely pleased. My son and daughter-in-law stayed in the large room and my granddaughter stayed with me in the smaller room. The two rooms have an adjoining entryway and we left the doors open. The larger room has a much better kitchen if you plan on making full meals. The smaller room is good for heating things up and making small breakfast or lunch. The views were beautiful and there was always a nice breeze in the evening....

"We had a wonderful stay at this unit in Waikiki. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The check-in process was very smooth, and the host was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. He quickly and sincerely responded to all of our questions, which we really appreciated. He also kindly arranged an early check-in for us after a long trip. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. Everything worked as expected, and...

"Check in very easy, the pool was great everything was walking distance for me and my partner, room had just the right amount of space. Parking was a little tricky for us is the only thing"

"Pictures looked better than reality. Parking is a nightmare, $45 a night for some garage that a guy unaffiliated with the hotel owns. Otherwise you have to try to find parking that you need to move your car before 6 am on the street. The host was way too pushy, needs to relax and look into upgrading his apartment/suite. Towels were gross, we cleaned them before leaving. All in all, it sufficed for what we needed but I would not book here again, nor would I have booked this in the first place if...

"Room was wonderfully clean and decorated. Felt chic and homey and beachy. The host was tremendous with the amenities. Place included everything needed for the perfect Hawaiian beach day. The only downside was that the night club/ Hula dancing below is quite loud at night. As long as you can sleep through that or that is your scene, it's just perfect. During the day I had a lovely and relaxing day around Waikiki. Easy walk to the beach. The May Day, Lei festival by the zoo was practically across...

"Lousy setup for room, headboard was barely attached to frame, polyester sheets over mattress with no pad, no night stand. Dirty window ledges and you could hear every bit of the intense traffic noise from Ala Wai through the windows. Air conditioner was deafening even with silicone ear plugs. Bad deal for this price point and the reviews through Expedia are not representative of what you get. There are better deals in Waikiki. Left after one night. This is an expensive mistake to make."
