"Fantastic hotel! All our wedding guests stayed here! Loved the firer area on the patio for mingling & relaxing late in the evening! Only issue was the breakfast is not a buffet & the wait time was excessive for coffee & food! The staff were fantastic just likely when the hotel is full suggest adding extra kitchen help to accommodate timely service! Would recommend! It’s gorgeous!!!"

"Location is great. Easy to downtown and also John Ball Zoo. Staff, (shout out for Tina) but all very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet but the bed was not comfortable. Starbucks was a short walk."

"Air wasn’t working in first room. The night front desk worker was great and moved us. Then the next room we seen a few big black ants but was late and just needed to go to sleep."

"Air conditioning sounded like an airplane taking off and the ceiling had weird like glue dots all over it. It looked almost as if someone had put the stars kids use in their bedrooms and the ceiling and took them down leaving about 30 round circles. Check in check out easy. Staff personable."

"When we got to the hotel we were told we did not have a room. They were sold out. 9 hits of driving to be told sold out. I even called them at 5pm telling them we would have a late arrival. Then called again around 10p told we did not have a room. Not happy had to stay in car not knowing the area. Hotels in the area were sold out"

"The staff was great and friendly, but the rooms do seem a little bit older. Housekeeping stopped by our room the first day, but we had not left yet, so we declined them to come. I was surprised that while we were out the second day, they did not bother with our room. Also, we wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub, but the hot tub had filth all along the edges. We told the hotel staff and it was still filthy the next day. Overall, I thought the price we paid was way too much for the quality of the...

"Friendly and hard working staff. Very clean and updated rooms. Pool and hot tub are well maintained. Continental breakfast was full of good options and also very clean. I’d definitely recommend booking this hotel"

"It wasn't very clean. There was old food left in our fridge which we moved to the hallway because it was stinking up the room. It remained there for the duration of our stay telling you how well they clean. The pillows and bed were not great quality either. It was okay for the price we paid but I probably wouldn't stay here again."
