"Be aware that the apartments (where we stayed) have problems with ants. We found a lot Ants in multiple rooms - some even found their way to our bed and suitcases. Not what you expect from a 4-star hotel! We also had stinky sheets in our room - as if the sheets had been standing in a sack with wet towels for too long. When we told the reception/management they (apparently) checked our sheets, but didn’t find a problem with them. We had no doubt and could smell it- and the cost of changing the sheet for the hotel would be zero to nothing. But the management is apparently not interested in providing the service you would expect from a four star hotel. Another thing: when you stay in the apartments you won’t get cleaning, fresh towels, fresh pool towels, toilet paper or anything like that. You even have to take out your trash when you leave the apartment. The rooms are outdated and in poor condition - beds are not very good either. On the positive side: Breakfast and bar staff was was very kind and welcoming. "
