Excellent hotel with spacious rooms

Very. Ice hotel with large rooms incl full kitchen. Bit of road construction noise. Breakfast buffet was more than adequate - and then it was literally next door to Chevron, who we were visiting.

Additionally, guests frequently gathered outside my door to smoke and talk loudly, making it difficult to relax or rest. When I approached the front desk the day before checkout to request a copy of my incidental folio, I was informed that it could not be printed. This is highly unprofessional and suggests either a lack of resources or poor management. To make matters worse, the manager, Narcisa, interrupted my conversation with the guest service representative and accused me—based solely on hearsay from housekeeping staff—of using inappropriate language and playing loud music. These claims are categorically false. I did not play music during my stay and certainly did not speak disrespectfully to anyone on staff. Furthermore, I was double-charged for a night’s stay, and my incidentals have yet to be refunded. Repeated calls to the front desk have gone unanswered. The hot tub was out of order for the entire month, which was disappointing, though I will note that the breakfast staff were consistently pleasant and professional. =)

Furthermore, I was double-charged for a night’s stay, and my incidentals have yet to be refunded. Repeated calls to the front desk have gone unanswered. The hot tub was out of order for the entire month, which was disappointing, though I will note that the breakfast staff were consistently pleasant and professional. =)

I recently stayed in Room 311 and feel compelled to share several serious concerns regarding my experience. First and foremost, despite explicitly informing the front desk that I did not require housekeeping, a maid attempted to enter my room unannounced. Thankfully, the latch was engaged, or the situation could have been much worse. On two separate occasions, the white alarm in the room went off without cause, creating significant distress. Additionally, guests frequently gathered outside my door to smoke and talk loudly, making it difficult to relax or rest. When I approached the front desk the day before checkout to request a copy of my incidental folio, I was informed that it could not be printed. This is highly unprofessional and suggests either a lack of resources or poor management. Hotel great guests not so much

Fire alarm in the middle of the night and woke us up with this terrible screeching, strobe light. After about two hours we got back to sleep the next night. There was a guy above us that was wandering all night in his room really noisy at midnight
