The complex is currently undergoing an expansion; however, the swimming pools and all other amenities remain fully available to guests.
Construction work takes place daily between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
During these hours, some construction noise may be heard.
To reflect this temporary inconvenience, the accommodation rate has been adjusted accordingly.

Standard daily electricity consumption for this apartment is included in the price.
Average daily electricity consumption: 15,19 kWh.
We kindly ask you to use the air conditioning and other electrical appliances responsibly and to switch them off whenever you leave the apartment.

If the average daily electricity consumption is exceeded, the guest is responsible for covering the cost of the electricity used above the included allowance.
Any additional electricity charges must be settled before check-out, either in cash or through the booking platform, where available.
