"I cannot say enough about this property! From the minute we arrived we were treated like family! Every aspect of the property is amazing! We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa attached to the winery and it was perfect for our needs. Our room was meticulous each day. "This was a very disappointed stay. No where near 5 star service they claim. Room were only equipped with heaters, no aircon available. Breakfast was mediocre and lacked being refilled. Reception was not open at the hours indicated. We were 2 people, but only given 1 towel. When trying to find staff to give us another, nobody was available. Only after waiting for the end of breakfast could we receive the towel. This place claims to be quiet luxury, but it was overfilled with people and lacked...
