"My daughter and I stayed at the apartment during our most recent trip to Murcia. The apartment is very well situated and is within walking distance to many shops sites and restaurants. We loved the beautiful terrace and enjoyed cooking at home and eating dinner outside for a number of nights. We would gladly return if we ever find ourselves in Murcia again. My only complaint is that we had tried to change our reservation from 7 nights to 6 (before the cutoff time) as our flight was an overnight...

"This apartment is much more welcoming in person than in the lead photo. It is spacious, very clean, and well-stocked. We appreciated soap in the kitchen and bathrooms. The location was great, and it was very convenient to be able to leave our car in the garage. The cleaning woman helped us with closing up the garage when we were ready to leave. She was wonderful and a superb job maintaining a high standard of cleanliness with this rental. We would stay here again."

"We really liked this property and as the weather was very hot the outside balcony as a welcome bonus. Also, we had a choice of using the lifts or stairs. The property is central to everywhere in Guardamar. The beach was within easy walking-distance, as were all the Restaurants, Shops, etc. The whole apartment was lovely and the 3 bedrooms were a very good size, with plenty of wardrobe space. The main bathroom was more than adequate and the en-suite off the main bedroom was useful to have. There...
