"Alessandro e Teresa ci hanno davvero deliziati con la loro gentilezza. Ci hanno accolto con un cesto di prodotti locali ma poi, una volta la focaccia locale, poi i pasticciotti pugliesi per colazione. Beh, ci hanno davvero viziato fin dall'inizio anche con delle belle dritte su come muoversi. Se poi aggiungiamo che la villa è vicina al mare ma in un contesto di natura e discrezione direi che abbiamo trovato quello che cercavamo. Da kiters eravamo vicinissimi allo spot e nelle giornate senza...

"We have spent 4 nights at Incanto and We absolutely loved the hotel. The staff is amazing and they are so kind and make you feel very welcome. The pool area is very beautiful with a huge pool and lots of sunbeds with amazing view to the garden and Ostuni. The breakfast area is beautiful with huge vindows with amazing view to Ostuni and the sea. The breakfast itself is very good with a lot of options and wonderful coffee and all sorts of Italian pastries. The rooms are very clean vith stunning views. The atmosphere of the hotel is wonderful and we can highly recommend it."

"Vi var to familier afsted og havde en helt fantastisk oplevelse på Relais Villa San Martino. Det hele er måske ikke topmoderne, men det er præcis en del af charmen – stedet giver sig ikke ud for at være noget, det ikke er. Til gengæld føltes alt utroligt privat, både ved poolen, til morgenbuffeten og i fællesområderne generelt. Personalet var utroligt søde og hjælpsomme og guidede os gerne, når det gjaldt bookinger og andre praktiske ting. Vi oplevede et par mindre skønhedsfejl: rengøringen var måske en anelse sparsom, der var lidt myrer på værelset, og spabadet på værelset havde set bedre dage. Derudover var “boden” ved poolen lukket under hele vores ophold, hvilket undrede os lidt – til gengæld blev der serveret ved poolen alligevel. Men intet af det trak nævneværdigt ned i den samlede oplevelse. Stedet er så fantastisk, privat og nede på jorden, at det for os stadig fortjener topkarakter. 5 stjerner for den skønne beliggenhed, følelsen af privatliv og for, at man virkelig kom ned i tempo."

"The hotel is very central in perfect location even for parking on the street. THe personnel are very service minded compared to other Italian hotels, both in reception and in the breakfast room that had plenty of kind staff keeping it filled and clean. The breakfast is really something! It has hot and cold healthy food as well as fresh delicious fruit, the best I had in my travel in Italy. I moved from a single room based behind the escalator as it was noisy in the night, also was waked by cleaners trowing glass out just outside the window in the stairs, just a small mistake. The new room was perfect and service excellent."
