The only thing to improve the drainage from the shower room, heater from the shower & to clean the AC (AC is not that cold). If you are a huge foreigner (like extra large & above) I won’t recommend this place because the toilet area is really small. Overall our stay is really pleasant. Glad this place is clean. No bugs or whatsoever 👍👍👍"

"Good clean hotel in a bit dodgy, worn down and crowded nabourhood (old Chinatown). Interesting to experience though for a couple of days. The Chinatown market buzz 200 meters from the door a must and Intramuros is walking distance.
Excellent service from the front desk and hotel conciegneers whom really did an extra effort without getting too tacky- thanks Albert, Edgar, Mica and Ali for your kind assistance.

The buffet on our floor was the best buffet me, my son, my wife and her Filipino family had ever tried. The kids fun center was also nice and so was the pool. Everything about this hotel was great."
