Private ferieboliger i San Martin

"Great property, plenty of room the family and well kept."

"This is an excellent property for a fun beach vacation. It offers great views of the ocean and proximity to the beach and the property is well stocked and maintained."

"Family of 5 here. This house definitely met our expectations. It was nice that the house provided some beach toys so it was less we had to worry about packing. The rooms worked out well for all of us and the upstairs is great for cooking and taking in the beautiful view. Short walk to the beach (about 5 minutes) and it was nice to be able to grill. The only thing missing for outside patio area would be a little table to be able to eat out there. Otherwise, great spot!"

"Great home and amenities. Everything was amazing, We will definitely be back."

"Perfect for a family with kids! The toys were a hit, especially the fire truck!"

"Very Nice House and surroundings, so everything was 👍😊☀️❤️"

"This place was most excellent and relaxing. There were 7 of us (2 adults 4 young teens and a pooch) and the house was perfect. A very easy walk to the beach (tip cross over the bridge for easier access) which was less than 10 minutes away. A few options for food/coffee in town (next to beach) made it easy to augment our beach picnic fare. Up the street (5 minutes by car) is a strip mall with a Safeway, ice cream parlor, taqueria, etc. If you have desires to leave Aptos, SC and Capitola are 10-15...

"This location was very lovely. It’s right next to the beach and very clean. It exceeded everything that I ever expected and we would totally stay here again."

"The house was perfect, really nice size living room and the beds were all super comfortable. We loved the balcony with the firepit, sat out there each night and morning. We will definitely rent this one again!"

"All was good"
