Waterfront Best location Walk to eat Modern

Incredible price for location. Condado`s best beach is only 50 feet away. Walking distance from Old San Juan, museums, historic sites, many restaurants, night clubs and bars. Spectacular day and night view! An oasis in the middle of the city. Across the street from the Condado Plaza Hotel and the famous La Marqueta restaurant venue. A short walk from PR Convention Center, Caribe Hilton Hotel and Paseo Caribe. If you are looking for a trendy Caribbean urban escape this apartment is your rental.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Fully AC. Free high speed Wi-fi, excellent for remote workers.

Building has security cameras in common areas. There no cameras inside the condo.

Key in lokbox

There is paddle boarding, kayaking and wind surfing rental in the lagoon situated directly behind the apartment . Rent them through Aqua Fitness just outside the building. There is access to the lagoon directly from the back of the building. Building is gated and in the heart of Condado which offers plenty of stylish nightlife and delightful cuisines. Ashford Avenue is great to walk and people watch. There are bars, clubs, casinos and upbeat, upscale nightlife options.

All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet

Just ok

Things to be aware of before booking:1) the sofa in the living room isn’t great for sleeping. The pieces pull apart easily and are uneven. I purchased a 3” memory foam mattress topper (106 at Walmart) to make it usable for my child2) the smaller bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable so again purchased a 2”mattress topper for that (60 at Walmart)3) we experienced a blackout twice while there. During a blackout there’s was no communication until I reached out. The building has a generator for the common areas so the elevator works as do the outlets in the main lobby but my cold/refrigerated items were all bad. 4) laundry is outside and not great. Had to repay to dry my stuff after the Machine left everything wet and even then had to hang the clothing in the apartment. 5) they don’t offer late check out or luggage storage but do ask that you check out early to make the next customer happy6) there was no welcome mat at the door but they did bring one when I asked, just feels like this should have been a given since the beach is so close7) the hallways have extra bright lights that stay on all night and the light is directly next to the windows on the door making it impossible to have a dark room. We purchased some felt cloth and tape to temporarily block the light and also hung a towel on the door to block the other lightOverall, wouldn’t stay here again unless I was desperate and that won’t happen.

Excellent location - decent accomodations

My foster son and I stayed here for a week. The property location is amazing. Starbucks is directly across from the unit and the little public beach is truly RIGHT NEXT DOOR!! It made being at the condo with a teenager very easy. The unit itself is ok. It's very clean but it's not luxurious. It served our purposes perfectly. When we accidentally left his laptop, they went way out of their way to get it to us and for that alone, it was worth the stay!!

Beautiful Apartment!

This apartment is beautiful. It's up-to-date, well takem care of, decorated beautifully and just a gem all around. The location is amazing with a 1-minute walk to Condado beach and a 10-minute walk to several local restaurants. We highly recommend this location for anyone staying in San Juan.

Holiday vacation

We had a great time in Condado. The condo was really nice location. Just across the street from a small beach but also easy to get to other outings and beaches. We did have a rental car and there was parking available and access into the parking lot and building was easy. Away from the really busy part of condado which was nice but we could walk down to restaurants.

Great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and found it perfect for our vacation. It is close to everything, has convenient parking, is very secure and has terrific views!

Sweet spot at El Condado

Location was great. Lots of perks nearby. Beach and Starbucks right across the street. There was a Walmart about a 7 minute drive away which was convenient for groceries and whatnot. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The building had great security and also featured a Kayaking business on the first level. The air conditioners were a little on the louder side. This unit would probably benefit from an upgrade to a couple split unit air conditioners. And the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan but was nice and clean and toilet worked great. Adjusting the temperature of the water in the shower was tricky at first until you got a feel for it. The host was helpful and responded to all of our questions prior to our arrival and all throughout our stay. Beatrice was great! Looking for a place to stay in El Condado at a reasonable rate? You can't lose with this place.

Great location close to the action

This property is located in walking distance to restaurants and bars plus public beach. This two bedroom one bath property with small kitchen is affordable and in a safe area with single gated parking.
