Villa Blanca is walking distance from everything. Comfortably blending beach life with city life. All you need to do is bring your bags and we take care of the rest! Uber is readily available & cheap. 

The Space

VILLA BLANCA

Private 3 bedroom villa with attached 1 bedroom studio, space for 10ppl / 3.5 bathrooms. There is parking space for 2 cars and available street side parking. A spacious patio includes a private swimming pool, outside shower, lounge chairs, outside table with benches, and BBQ area. 

BEDROOMS 

Main House: Master bedroom has a queen size bed with a walk-in closet, a rain shower, two sinks, and direct access to a swimming pool. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a mirror closet, and the third bedroom has two single beds with a closet. Each room has A/C, plenty of pillows and blankets. Main house rooms have blackout curtains. 

Studio House (attached to the main house): The room has a queen size bed, A/C, full bathroom and a kitchenette (mini-fridge, sink, microwave, utensils, cups, and coffee machine). Attached to the studio is 2 washer/ dryer combo and separate half bathroom for the pool. 

BATHROOMS

2 full bathrooms in the main house (1 attached to master and 1 shared bathroom), 1 full bathroom on the studio, 1.5 next to the pool and an exterior shower for when you come from the beach. We provide: hair dryers, fresh towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. 

FAMILY ROOM

Furnished living room with a queen size sofa-bed (this could be another sleeping space), multiple ottomans, hanging chair, and a floor pillow. 50" big screen TV, high-speed WIFI, and NETFLIX provided. HBO, Hulu, and other apps can be accessed with your own login.

DINING AREA 

Dinner table next to the kitchen that fits 6 people. 

KITCHEN

Fully equipped kitchen: cookware, dishware, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, double sink, electric stove, toaster, coffee machine, blender, and oven (all appliances are stainless steel). We provide: coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt & pepper.

LAUNDRY ROOM 

Washer and dryer combo with sufficient space to do your laundry. Cleaning equipment is provided and ironing, board, and iron. Located next to the studio room. 

GARAGE/ EXTERIOR PATIO

The living area is connected with doors that gives access to the parking area, studio, pool and exterior patio with shades where you can relax, but have plenty space to do a BBQ and a long table with benches that fits 10. 

POOL AREA 

Brand new pool with waterfall and glowing colors during the night - highly encourage a night swim! Outside shower and lounge chairs.

PARKING

Private parking that fits 2 cars and additional street parking outside the house.

Guest Access

Access to the full private property. Check in and check out is fully contactless. If you need anything, my cohost Kelisin is available to assist. The home is located in a gated neighborhood, right alongside the ocean. There are a few great restaurants within minutes of the house. You can either rent a car, or use Uber or taxis to get around the area.

WELCOME TO ALL We welcome all guests to our villa. It's a perfect stay for families, honeymooners, couple retreats, friends get-a-ways, business travelers, etc...

- This home has been a very popular Airbnb in the past, this listing is new due to a change in ownership. However the home and amenities have stayed the exact same.

-Our Villa is fully operational with power, water, and a backup generator that can power the whole house plus pool.

-Please note that this is not a hotel or resort, but a private residence. Amenity refills/additional cleanings will not be available unless specifically arranged prior to booking. This will be at additional cost and based on availability.

Puerto Rico is a tropical island, and its infrastructure is not like the United States. Power and water outages happen on occasion, though its rare for outages to last more than a couple hours. This property has a backup cistern and generator, but we are not in control of any outages, and cannot offer refunds due to outages. Also, wildlife such as lizards and bugs are common throughout the island, especially after a rain or during rainy season. We take preventative measures to reduce the likelihood of encountering these critters. However, if you come across one, it is not out of the realm of possibility, and we cannot offer refunds due to this. The best way to prevent these critters is to properly store away food and dispose of trash.
