Self check-in ANYTIME after 3pm. Access to paid laundry machines in basement. Free storage of luggage before check-in and after check-out. 24/7 supermarket 10 min. walk. Pool permanently closed.

THE SPACE

o 543 square foot studio.

o Located inside the building: ESJ Towers.

o The studio is on the 10th floor with the most incredible ocean view to enjoy from the balcony.

o There are two beds: one king sized bed and a pull-out sofa that fits one.

o You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen.

GUEST ACCESS

o You can store your luggage free of charge at the lobby.

o Access to the beach. Gate is open daily from 7am to 7pm, hours subject to change.

o Access to ONE free parking spot in the garage.

o No pool access. We currently do NOT have a pool. However, you can book pool day passes for nearby hotels using an app called Resort Pass.

o We provide two beach chairs, one umbrella and one cooler for use during your stay. If you'd like, you can also rent chairs and umbrellas at the beach.

o Laundry open daily from 6am to 11pm. Token operated machines. Tokens bought at lobby Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm. $3.00 each token, valid for one cycle.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

o We are 5 minutes from SJU airport, 5 minutes from Mall of San Juan, 10 minutes from Convention District, 15 minutes from Ship Port, 15 minutes from Plaza Las Americas, 25 minutes from Bacardi Rum Plant and 35 minutes from El Yunque Rainforest.

o Unfortunately power outages are more common than we like. The building has a back up generator for common areas (such as elevators) but not for our unit. If power goes out, there is nothing we can do. It's just a matter of waiting for it to be restored by the electrical company.

o No cable TV.

o No pool access.

o We do not have personnel on site therefore we do not replenish towels and/or sheets during your stay. One towel SET per guest for the duration of your stay.

o Building repairs are common and are authorized between 10am and 5pm on weekdays.

o Important to note that, unfortunately, the next door hotel has A/C rentals that are loud and can be heard from the balcony. You cannot hear beach waves from our balcony.
