Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom apartment for 5 guests situated on the second floor. With just 3-minute stroll, you'll reach a breathtaking beach and a serene river. The location offers easy access to numerous tourist attractions, delightful restaurants, vibrant bars, and El Yunque, the only tropical rainforest in the United States. Additionally, we provide the convenience of a full back-up diesel generator for your peace of mind. Experience a truly remarkable stay at our Airbnb.

The space
Welcome to our fully equipped apartment, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. The living space boasts stylish furnishings that create an inviting atmosphere, ideal for unwinding with a cocktail or enjoying quality moments with your loved ones. Stay connected with High-Speed Internet access while relishing the privacy provided by our enclosed complex. Your security is our priority, as we have CCTV surveillance in place, and each apartment is allocated a designated parking space.

This spacious apartment comprises 2 large bedrooms, designed to ensure a pleasant stay. The main bedroom features a comfortable full-sized bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a full-sized bed and a twin-sized bed. For your convenience, all bedrooms are equipped with individual AC units.

No PETS allowed.

The apartment features a full bathroom with a refreshing shower, and a designated parking spot is available for your vehicle. The living room is thoughtfully furnished, creating a cozy space for lounging and relaxation. While there are plenty of dining options in the area, the fully equipped kitchen provides you with everything you need, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and cooking wares, should you choose to prepare your meals at home.

Backyard Area
This area it been designed to enjoy alone or with friends.
Our Wood deck is ready for relaxation, meditations, read a book, have breakfast, lunch or dinner and enjoy a nice night with a perfect illumination.
This area is also perfect to Birdwatching our Woodpeckers friends. we have around 8 Woodpecker that live in the backyard trees.
We also have smoker friends and even that apartment is non-smoking area, we have a area on a backyard to seat and enjoy your smokes.
No PETS allowed.
Our New addition to the Backyard is the Swimming pool area we're you can enjoy this area separate from a wood deck.

A sweet little spot three minutes walk from the ocean! We loved our stay at A Pasos. The pool was amazingly clean. The patio was inviting with a shade canopy and plenty of seating. The apartment was clean and simply furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of clean towels for bathing and swimming. The hosts were very communicative and attended to our questions promptly. The AC units worked great. The neighborhood felt safe and there’s a locked gate on the property for added security. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay here in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to explore, yet still quiet and relaxing. The place itself was cozy, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to feel at home after long days of adventuring. Everything we needed was provided, and the overall vibe was peaceful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located spot in Puerto Rico.

Nice apartment for our beach vacation

This was a great place to stay for our beach vacation. You can walk to one beach nearby or take a short drive to get to several other beaches. I appreciate the beach chairs and toys they had for us to use.

Nice quiet gated apartment

Property manager very pleasant and accommodating. Nice back yard. Apartment small, but adequate. W had everything we needed. My wife asked for chairs for the beach and property owner wa got them right away for us. Beach is windy, but quiet. Kiosks and pared beach very close

Birthday trip to Puerto Rico

My friend and I celebrated our milestone birthdays (her 40th and my 50th) with a trip to Puerto Rico. We couldn’t have picked a better location to stay! The beach and kioskos were an easy walk from the property. As two women on our own, we felt very safe in the area while walking. There were so many activities a short drive with the rental car. We kayaked in Fajardo at night to experience the bioluminescence bay. We took a day trip to Old San Juan. We hiked in the El Yunque Rainforest. And my personal favorite recommendation from Jesus was the cacao farm tour at La PruVite! Everything was about 30 minutes or less from the rental. The property itself is very clean and functional. It’s not super luxurious, but that’s not what we were looking for. We wanted clean, safe and comfy and that’s exactly what it was! The outside areas of the property are also beautiful and well cared for. We can’t wait to plan a return trip soon we more of our families!

Thanks for the enjoyable stay was worried about area but locals are very nice. Visited 3 beaches and all were nice enjoyed the one at playa fortuna the best never worried about stuff at beach while in ocean. Liquillo was ok because of vendors but did not think it was worth money. A pasos was very nice felt secure with myself and 3 children only. Would stay again.

Good location and great backyard

There was so much to like about this unit. It was clean, obviously well-maintained, had dedicated and communicative hosts, and a fantastic backyard! The location was good-so close to the beach and the Luquillo Kiosks but still quiet. It feels safe and is only 30-45 minutes to SJU. I felt like we were actually seeing the real Puerto Rico instead of a sanitized version of it. As a result, we did have roosters wake us up in the morning and some neighborhood cats visit. The unit is set up with bunk beds (twin over full) in one bedroom and a full/queen bed in the other room. Both rooms have decent sized closets but no drawers/dressers to store clothes. There is air conditioning only in the bedrooms with a fan in the main living area. Having windows on three sides meant we could usually get a good breeze going. You can see the ocean from the shower and one of the bedrooms. A car is incredibly helpful as nothing is too far away, but walking isn’t very easy. Minuses that we encountered were minimal: it seemed we were light on some supplies. There were only 2 washcloths, no hand towels, and 1 kitchen towel provided. Likewise, a blender would have been nice. Dishes seemed somewhat limited as we were unable to use the plastic drinking glasses because the cupboards seemed to have had water damage and the glasses smelled of mold/mildew. A rear unit might avoid some of the noise we encountered from the road and arrival of other guests as noise carried.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment in Puerto Rico, and it exceeded all my expectations. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The location was ideal, offering easy access to both the vibrant city life and the serene beaches of Puerto Rico. The host was incredibly attentive and accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. I particularly enjoyed the breathtaking ocean and quiet beach that was a short walk away, which provided the perfect backdrop for relaxing evenings. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway in Puerto Rico, we met our host on the way out and was super friendly! Can’t wait to visit again!

Had a great time at A Pasos!!

Although we arrived after midnight, we had already received the codes to the front gate and the apt so we were able to get in quickly and easily. The location is GREAT! Next morning we walked to where the beach/river was and it was so beautiful. Only negative about the beach was that it was SO windy that we couldn't enjoy laying out for sun there. Luquillo was so much fun. Everything from the kioskos to the pueblo were a few minutes away. Jesus and his wife were awesome and responded quickly to our questions/needs. So nice that we left them a bottle of coquito in the fridge the morning we left ;-) We would definitely visit again!

Rustistic Hidden Gem

This was the perfect location for a short family trip. The locals are friendly the location safe. Walking distance to the river, beach and the famous Luquillo kiosks. Will definitely return.

We wanted away from the big resorts and this place was perfect! Jesus and Yanira have an amazing little compound in the heart of real Puerto Rican Culture. We were a few minutes walk away from what was basically a private beach. To our surprise there is a nice little bar on the beach that was perfect. There’s a river that ends into the ocean with views of the mountains that are breath taking. We took an afternoon swim at the pool on the property and spent some late evening hours on the backyard deck listening to the waves and night creatures and the Roosters! The rooms were clean and spacious and we felt very safe.

Ideal location for the Eastside island activities!

We loved this little apartment and location. Not too far from exploring activities in the area. Lots of beaches and restaurants to choose from to keep yourself in awe of all the beauty PR has. Jesus is one of the best hosts. Always available at anytime to ensure you have everything you need for your stay.

Walk to Fortuna beach

Overall we were quite happy with the 2 bedroom unit. Fortuna beach is about 5 minutes from the property and we were able to enjoy a beautiful sunrise. Luquillo beach is about 5 minute drive from the property. Don't forget to visit the Carabali rainforest park nearby (reserve your horse ride prior to arriving).

A true blessing

I fell in LOVE with A Pasos, as well as the most amazing host! Jesus and Yanira felt like family from the minute we arrived. The apartment was cozy, clean and surrounded with the beautiful sounds and breeze of the nearby beach, a 2 minute walk to Playa Fortuna and the beautiful Mameyes River. We loved waking every morning, make a nice cup of coffee and sip it out on the patio (made by Yanira!!!) The backyard sanctuary is surround with lush palms and the sounds that you only hear on this island. Grab a bite at the nearby, 6 minute drive, to the kiosks of Luquillo. This trip was a memorial and celebration of the life my grandmother lived, we came to the island that she was born and raised in remembrance of her. We also hadn’t been on the island in 40 years, so this was a very special trip for the four of us, and I will forever be grateful and cherish Jesus and Yanira for making our stay and our trip so much more memorable. I’ll be back so very soon and I will always choose A Pasos. Live with the locals, cleanse in the river and bask in the glorious sun. A true blessing!!!
