The space With an absolutely unique location, the Casa Cacique 2260 provides our guests unparalleled space and privacy, with all the amenities of your own home, like multiple bedrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, washer, dryer, Internet, and many other comforts. It is three blocks from the beach. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is perfect for couples or groups of friends renting separate apartments.

The house covers all your needs while offering a breezy retreat from it all. If you're driving, there is quick access to the expressway, which is just a 15-minute drive to the airport, a 10-minute drive to the old city, and a 4-minute drive to the mall.
Beautifully decorated in a contemporary style, the apartment offers comfort and style with comfy beds, plush pillows, and fluffy towels. The Ocean Park beach provides plenty of play areas for kids and adults. Enjoy a great apartment in the heart of Ocean Park! Guest access Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. You can relax and enjoy all the amenities provided during your stay. The apartment is private, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful stay.
In addition to the apartment, guests are welcome to use the communal terrace located at the back of the property. It is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or unwinding after a day at the beach.
For your convenience, coin-operated washer and dryer facilities are on-site, available for guest use at $3 each.

Parking is available on the street, with spaces typically easy to find. Other things to note AMENITIES We strive to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide one bath towel and one beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least two beach chairs and an ice cooler.
We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel-size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, three garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one dish soap, and one dish sponge. Guests are responsible for purchasing their laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. I want you to know that you are responsible for reviewing what is included in the property and stock, along with whatever else you need for your stay.
Extra amenities: Daybed and stroller. Each must be requested in advance of your arrival. Please note that the daybed has a $10 fee, while the stroller is free.
Late Check-out: We offer late check-out at a rate of $15 per hour. This allows you to extend your check-out time from 11 AM to 2 PM. However, an extra day will be charged if you need an extension beyond 2 PM.
