"The check in lady was great, don't remember the name of the one that was there next day, but she was rude, we book a massage at 4 and confirmed, same that they canceled no reason and we were told if we want the massage we have to walked to a different property, also the breakfast was included and we request something extra for breakfast of course paying extra and she told us it was not possible. Next day lady who check us in was back, she accommodate the breakfast request, shame I don't remember...

"First of all, the pics shown for this property are outdated as this house is no longer yellow, it's now white. We were told that the check in was at 2pm; however, the house was not ready until 4pm, then the pics that shows multiple bunkbeds is also incorrect as there were only two mattresses directly on the floor. The lady coordinating the check-in blamed their office for having inaccuracies on their listing. After going back and forth she agreed to bring in a couple more mattresses in order to...
