"i would not rate this place 1/2 a star the pictures they are showing is not even close to what the place looks i do not recommend staying there when open the door you right then it was bad the chair and couch had stains on them the bed room looked like would even think about sleeping there there was the smell of clorox bleach when opened up the door just a nasty place "

"I was skeptical when first coming(we had a bad stay about two years ago, but my husband booked it himself). The very nice lady at the front was very helpful and hardworking. She was very informative and will call you back if you the call isn't answered. There is a working ice machine, breakfast, washing machine, bbq pits that we used and a pool. Very affordable and we had absolutely no problems. Was a very short drive to heb, Rockport/fulton beach(in the minutes). We will definitely be back...
