Air conditioning was very hot upstairs in the bedrooms. May not be best if you are looking to escape the heat and cool down. Other than those things, the place was nice and functional."

"Excellent. Your place is decorated so nicely. Dishes Excellent....kitchen very nice. We appreciated the dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper....etc. I don't have to use any of my items i brought just in case.Your place is the best as I looked at several other ones at the courtyard. My daughter's family was across the street at the dunes which was not pleasant at all. That owner promised to refund them completely. Thank you Marnie for your hospitality. Cheryl"

"This was our 3rd time staying here. It was wonderful, as usual. The only downside was the hot tub was not hot and not very clean. I will say, we did not reach out due to it not being something that we needed and were simply in the pool. The communication has always been great, so I know they would have done something about it. We were just exhausted and forgot when we got back to the room. The condo was clean and beautifully set up when we arrived. Thank you for allowing us to stay and enjoy...
