"Loved the property, enjoyed the time we stayed there. Love the old and rustic vibe of the place. Suggestion, love the place, but a little more maintenance and cleanliness would be a charm to the place. Overall great place. There was no wifi during our trip which was a bummer since there is literally no network. So if wifi also doesn’t work you are literally in the middle of the woods with no connection to outside world. "

"I can honestly say I've never stayed in a cabin without a restroom or electricity and I heated it with the wood they provided which was very funlight were propane lights, lit with a match. However the drive up and down the Mt. Was at the least, not for the faint of heart...very rough on my car."

"We only spent one night and was able to enjoy the grants Grove of the Kings Canyon National park. Concerns that we had: 1. A Beautiful grill was provided, but The propane was empty. The closest propane is 25 miles away. 2. There are no smoke detectors in the unit. Due to the fact that there is an unvented gas heater as well as the water heater in side the cabin… Smoke detectors as well as a carbon monoxide detector should be, and pretty sure legally mandatory. "Pros: beautiful attention to all details for the weary traveler. Super clean! Comfortable beds/bedding/extra blankets, towels, pillows everywhere! Awesome to get in the hot tub after a day in the Sequoias. So close to the park entrance! Pool inviting (though a little too cold to swim). All essentials and more in the kitchen and bathrooms, plus games, pool towels, stuff for b-bque (though we didn't use). Beautiful fixtures/lighting for all moods.Cons: actually none, I would return here again!"

"We had a short 2 night stay, but the place was perfect for us. Very clean and nice amenities. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Also short drive to the park entrance. The owners were quick to help and answer any questions we had."

"There is NO place more convenient than this little cabin for a stay near King's Canyon or Sequoia National Park. It's quite literally in the park and while the cabin is over 100 years old, it's been wonderfully renovated to allow for modern conveniences while still retaining it's rustic charm. "Seeing the house driving to the entrance was a wow moment. Getting up to the driveway everyone was so excited to check out the view and when we got to the balcony it was incredible. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. The theater room was so perfect if you have sleeping kids, everyone met down there at the end of the night for games and movies. We actually forgot some stuff behind when we left and owners went above and sent it to us right away. Can’t think of any better...
