DO NOT USE THE VALET PARKING provided by Propark Valet services. The valet damaged several areas of my vehicle and they denied my claim for repairs using a falsified damage report as their justification. The falsified damage report Propark used to deny my claim was never shown to me, was never prepared in my presence, and was never authorized nor signed off by me while using their valet services. Additionally, the falsified damages report they created to deny my claim had additional damages included that did not exist on my car. I provided all of these details along with pictures to Propark and they still denied my claim and did not car whatsoever when I told them I would be filing a lawsuit.
This Hotel forces it’s guest to use the valet services because you cannot park the vehicle yourself and there is very limited off-site parking available in the area and due to the increase in vehicle break-ins in San Francisco this all creates a very difficult and problematic situation for parking.
The Hotel itself was also an issue because our rooms had very strong cigarette odors, the heating/cooling system was outdated and would blow out dirty air, and the Hotel had no solutions to resolve these issues when brought to their attention. Do your research before staying at this Hotel and do not under any circumstances park your car using the valet services.
