The house is a new building constructed in March 2021 with ocean views, and we have placed great emphasis on using many natural building materials from the Philippines, e.

It can accommodate up to 4 people. On the first floor, there is a queen-size bed.
and on the first floor, there are 2 single beds—all solid wood.

The accommodation
It is a spacious studio apartment with a full kitchen and a comfortable private bathroom, as well as a large covered terrace with an ocean view.
Free Wi-Fi
The house is equipped with a fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and first-aid kit.

You have free access to the beach and can come and go as you please with your own keys.

The house is located between the two towns of Cajidiocan and San Fernando, where you can go shopping—accessible by tricycle or with our rental motorcycle or scooter.
Currently, the vacation home is designed for self-catering accommodations for up to 4 people and also offers:

There are several restaurants in Cajidiocan and San Fernando.

Excursions can be arranged, for example to:

> Trip to the neighboring island of Cresta de Gallo by pump boat
> Various waterfalls

to the neighboring islands of Romblon (known as Marble Island) or the city of Roxas.
