From willingness to change the food menu, having a super late spa experience so we could fit it in to seeing someone struggling with snorkelling on an excursion and providing assistance so they could see all a turtle. "I booked room one, a family room, as it was the last room available at the time. I didn’t need the additional space but it was worth the additional cost for the view. It was about 20 mins away from the main city center though so if you wanted to go around for shopping and eating out- you would need to use their private shuttle which is about P650 each way. You can also take a trike for P30 per person but that might be a bit far. There is another eating/shopping area closer to the resort which is about 5-10 mins in a trike. Smaller though. "2 time on this Hotel last time was back in 2018, this time we was staying there for 6 nights and again we have to say best Hotel in the area from start to end staff was fantastic nice rooms, and a great pool also it is very close to the city 5 min away and if you are like us there do not want to live in the middel of the the city this is perfect. Don’t go there if you don’t drink
"The rooms were good, but they had no wifi. You will have to be in the common area which is not very sufficient. Also, I don’t drink, and I have stayed in a lot of party hostels before where they don’t care. Here the other guest didn’t care, but the staff apparently did. It’s was very excluding as all their games involved drinking and you won’t allowed to just drink water. Also they tried to force alcohol on me, and was making fun of me every time they saw me, which wasn’t fun at all. I told the others about it and at least the guests are supportive and not harassing like the staff."
