"Second stay at LLV and, again, even being critical couldn't find a fault. Top notch room and amenities with speedy and always polite service. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for. The 109 steps up into room L88 are burning off some extra calories. Will be back!"

I stopped going to this hotel as the guy doesnt seem to care about the guests concern, in fact my car got scratches and he never bothered to investigate nor gave an update he'd always give you negative response and often times not responsive to queries. They also have better choice of food. Staff are friendly and linens are clean. Best of all its the only pet friendly resort in the area. We could have stay longer...
