The Space:
This 3-bedroom coastal home offers the perfect blend of comfort and beachside charm.
🛁 Relax in the private hot tub, grill out in the spacious backyard designed for entertaining, or unwind in the separate studio with its own cozy bed.

Please note: 🏡 This is a one-of-a-kind San Diego beach bungalow with a non-traditional layout that may not suit everyone's needs.
📌The main bedroom is located upstairs and features a king-size bed, along with an additional queen bed at the top of the stairs.
📌The second bedroom is a separate space in the backyard, furnished with a pull-out couch and a lofted queen bed above. Please note that the loft is accessed via a steep staircase with no railing, so it's best suited for older children or agile adults.
📌The third sleeping area includes a king-size bed in the main living space, separated by curtains for added privacy.
