This little beach bungalow was perfect for the price and location. The hosts provided enough of the basics supplies and eqiupment to cover our needs for a week-long stay (coffee maker, filters, paper supplies, spices, basic cooking equipment, ect). The Hosts went out of their way to provide us with some addional extras since we were there for Thanksgiving (turkey roasting pan, aluminum foil, ect), which was a nice touch and appreciated. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The space heater came in handy for chilly mornings and there were box fans for in the afternoons or for white noise while sleeping. Great area, quiet, mostly residential with just enough restaurants/bars/retail/grocery nearby to not have to drive anywhere. Only minor inconvenience was there is no dedicated parking spot, and parking along Mission Blvd is tricky. We enlisted advice from a few locals, but once we got got the strategy (yes, parking in that area requires a strategy lol) figured out it wasnt so bad. Would reccomend to others looking for an somewhere affordable & local to Misdion Beach and would stay there again.

Location is perfect for beach and outdoor activities. Didn’t need the kitchen but nice to have it stocked with all the basics. Neighborhood bars can be loud but nice to have so many restaurants nearby. Loved Olive for breakfast!

We had a lovely visit to our beloved Mission Beach. This property is right on a quiet sidewalk between houses on both sides rather than on a busy street. We only had one request of the host while we were there and they responded and took care of us within minutes.

Check in was easy. Walked into a sparkling clean place that smelled lovely. Great location since it’s right in the middle of either the bay side or beach side. Nearby neighbors were friendly and helpful (especially Vinny). Slept like a baby which was great since I’m used to a really firm mattress and this one was like sleeping on a cloud. My dogs absolutely loved it. Lots of walks and lots of loving from people on the walkways. Our only issue was second night group of teens had fireworks that went on and on and my dogs were pretty upset. Otherwise, we will definitely be going back to this great spot.

The stay was great after the first day. I say that because when we arrived it was so hot inside we couldn’t really sit and relax after a long drive. We were concerned the location would be hot the entire trip, but it was not it was pleasant that evening and the remainder of the trip. Parking is a bit of a challenge, thankfully we had family staying about 3-5 minute walk and they had an extra parking spot for us. Overall a great little place for a small family, beach is easy to get to as well as many other amenities such as restaurants, coffee, store, etc. Management was cordial and responsive from the moment we reserved the location. The location is perfect and it’s easy access to anything you might need.

This condo is in an amazing location, steps away from the beach, restaurants and stores. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and the check in/out process was easy. We will definitely be back!

Great location, just steps away from the beach, restaurants, and coffee which is what drew us to this location when booking. It was a pretty quiet neighborhood as well. We appreciated all the items the house had to offer to make our stay comfortable from full kitchen-ware to beach items. We had a little issue checking in where we were given the wrong lockbox code days prior to our arrival, leaving all our bags and groceries stuck on the porch for about 30 minutes before being able to get ahold of someone to get the correct code. Aside from that, we have a very enjoyable stay and would look at staying at the location again.

The house is located in a central location from the Pacific beach and mission Beach both with in a couple of yards. The house was clean and comfortable for our stay.

SD property

The stay was just fine, we had everything we needed and enjoyed how close it is to the beach. However, not having a dedicated parking spot was really hard. Parking is near non existent in the area because of all the people. We ended up getting a 130 ticket for parking somewhere we shouldnt have (not labeled well). The property is listed as being in a quiet neighborhood and we were reminded of this at check in. It really wasnt that quiet. The weekend included a lot of partying in nearby bars and the weekdays were pretty loud too. It didnt bother us but just wanted to throw it out there. We really enjoyed our stay. Thankyou

Great location and clean.

Great location. Cute and clean place. Was pretty noisy on Saturday night because it's so close to a bar, but not enough to keep us awake. Thankful there is parking available in the nearby park. AC stopped working but they responded pretty quickly.

Only negative to this house is there is no parking available or assigned parking spot. Otherwise house is exactly as described did its purpose for our family vacation. Great location.

Tiny Clean Getaway

My daughter and I stayed a few days before she began her studies at SDSU. Steps away from the bay and the beach, it was quite convenient. The property is itty bitty, but quite comfortable with all the home away from home amenities needed to cook, sleep, lounge and relax.

Perfect location

Amazing location! Bay to the left and beach to the right. It is a little noisy late at night because of the proximity to the bars/restaurants on Mission but the neighbors are quiet. House was very clean and they provided sand toys and beach chairs. House has everything you need and the beds are comfortable. The only issue we had was how dark it is inside. During the day it’s good, but by 4 pm it is super dim inside, even with all the lights on.

Beach getaway for 30th bday

Stay was great at an amazing location is amazing. I wish the host did a better job emphasizing how to prepare for parking if you arrive midday. I also recommend adding a pillow topper to the mattress (which was very firm) and some additional lighting throughout the space.
