Just 3 doors back from the oceanfront! Literally steps to the sand. Our Beach Retreat is the perfect place to visit and unwind. Enjoy the sand between your toes, nightly sunsets, and cool oceanbreeze! Great home for groups or large families. There are 4 bedrooms. 2 upstairs with access to a bathroom with a shower. 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. Downstairs there is a room with 2 twin beds and another with a queen. A living area upstairs with a double futon and sofa set and an Ocean view balcony.
The space
You get to utilize all of it! 4 bedroom 3 bathroom. You have a private patio. Garage is shared with the back unit as well as the washer dryer and the outside shower.
Guest access
You can access the property to get the key and park in the garage.
Other things to note
Parking: House offers 1 car garage marked 717 that is shared with the back unit which has 1 side of the garage marked 719. The measurements are 16 feet long 7 feet 8 inches wide and 6 feet 9 inch automatic door height clearance. There is an incline when driving into the garage so take note if you have a car which is low to the ground.

Parking can be tricky due to the alley access and the space is tight.....if you have an oversized vehicle or more than one car, there is an overnight public parking area across from the grassy park and just a short walk back to the house or street parking that has varying restrictions. Take care to confirm parking rules on the posted signs. If you are renting, we recommend a compact car, backing into the space is also helpful.

Take a surf lesson! Have Fun... But do not book our home if you are looking to party, bring more than 10 people or invite people to the house. This is our business and we ask that you respect that.
