Welcome to your home away from home! Our newly renovated 4-bed, 2.5-bath single-story retreat is perfectly situated just 10-15 minutes from San Diego’s top attractions – Downtown, Gaslamp, Beaches, Zoo, etc.

This home is used by our family and is meticulously cared for. We recently renovated and modernized the interior of the home and built a backyard specifically for relaxing and entertaining.

• 1 car can be parked on the driveway as long as it does not block the sidewalk

HOUSE RULES
We take great pride in maintaining this home for ourselves and other guests to enjoy. Please treat it as if it were your own home
• Check in: 4pm
• Check out: 10am
• No late night parties/gatherings
• No smoking of any kind in or around the home
• No pets
• No excessive outdoor noise or music
• Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am. We have very friendly, welcoming neighbors. Please be respectful of the quiet hours.
• Outdoor activities must end before 10pm
