This cozy home is 1 mile from the water at Mission Bay Park making it your ideal stay offering prime location, ample space, and a surplus of amenities for you to enjoy! Relax or play enjoying 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a coastal modern home with a HUGE backyard oasis. Enjoy the beach less than five minutes down the road and then come back to sink into the large hot tub, play games with the group, or just watch your favorite shows and movies on one of our three huge flat screen TVS!
We comfortably sleep 8 and allow 9-10 if needed by providing additional sleeping arrangements including a pull-out cot or utilizing the couch.

The Home is equipped with a smart lock. You will be given a 4-digit code to access the home.
Backyard Oasis: Our home offers you a large 7-seater hot tub under a private curtained gazebo along with an outdoor living space equipped with a dining table and 55 inch flat screen smart TV. Grill up your favorite meals using our natural gas BBQ and turn the beautiful remote controlled string lights on while the group enjoys the surplus of games we offer including a full size ping pong table, corn hole, jumbo connect 4, darts, and ladders! Kick it under the sunshade during the day or play under the sunshine. You will never get bored in our backyard night or day!
Living Room: You are greeted by an open living space that invites you to spend time with family and friends. We have plenty of space in the living room to either play a friendly game of foosball, sit down and play some bored games, or just relax and watch your favorite shows on our 65 inch flatscreen smart TV!
Kitchen: Our kitchen has ample space to cook all your favorite meals. Our oversized refrigerator is equipped with a separate large deli drawer and freezer drawer ready for you to stock all your favorite items. We provide plenty of cookware- you name it, we have it! From pots and pans to cooking utensils to the essentials of cooking seasonings and oils. We also provide a kitchen island cart to add extra counter space to prep meals and store your panty items in! Wake up in the morning and grab yourself a cup of coffee from our stocked coffee nook!
Master Bedroom: We provide you with memory foam mattresses in all of the bedrooms and for the master we welcome you with a King size bed to sprawl out and enjoy your best nights of sleep. Unwind privately from the group, set your phones on the wireless charging nightstands, and enjoy the 55-inch smart TV. This room also offers a privately connected bathroom for your privacy and convenience. In the closet you will find the twin size pull out cot for any extra guests.
Master Bathroom: Newly renovated and tucked away are built in shelving units for you to put all your toiletries on as well as a full-length body mirror for your convenience. Included in the shower is body wash, shampoo, and conditioner as well.
Bedroom 2: We provide a queen size memory foam mattress with 2 wireless charging nightstands that also have Bluetooth compatibility to play your favorite songs or listen to your favorite podcasts before bed. They also work as nightlights/lamps. This room is where the Wi-Fi is located, and we also provide a full body mirror that works as a light as well. In this room you will also find the iron and ironing board stored for your convenience.
Bedroom 3: Did someone say Arcade games?! In this room we include 2 Arcade machines, but you're in for an exciting surprise... upon turning on the Marvel machine you will find that there are THOUSANDS of downloaded videogames so you will never get bored of playing the same game! We also include a queen size memory foam bed and bedframe that includes a top shelf with built in charging outlets for your convenience.
Bedroom 4: This is the largest secondary bedroom where you will find a queen size memory foam mattress and the dedicated workspace. We kept tranquility in mind while designing this room so you can be at peace while you work. The nightstand on the opposite side of the bed also offers wireless charging and Bluetooth compatibility if you enjoy listening to music while you work or need to catch up on any lectures. Inside the closet you will find a pack n play for any little ones who join the trip with you!
Guest Bathroom: Located right in the middle of the hallway for the convenience of our guests, this upgraded bathroom is perfectly equipped with plenty of built in shelves, so everyone has a place to store their toiletries. The shower includes body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for your use as well!
Laundry room: In the backyard you will find a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer with laundry pods included. We have a mosquito screen that protects the room from insects for your convenience.
You will enjoy complete privacy in our home, but we will always be a text/call away to answer any questions. We have a contactless check in at the front door for easy entry.
DISCLAIMER:
-This property is monitored by RING cameras at the front entrance, driveway, and at the backdoor for your safety and security purposes. (The Backyard Camera is for the safety of the guests and the property, but can be turned off during non-quiet hours upon request)
-As this is a residential community, and trash services come on Wednesdays, we ask that you move the trash bins to the street Tuesday evening and bring them back up Wednesday evening. Thank you.
-Spa Maintenace will enter the backyard every Monday.
-Front and backyard lawn services come every other Monday.

- No confetti or glitter allowed on the property. No confetti decor, no confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee of $150 will be charged to the guest
MUSIC & SPEAKERS
-The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls.
EARLY CHECK IN?
We cannot guarantee an early check-in. Assume check-in will be at 4pm. You may message us on the day of your arrival, and if early check in becomes available, we can grant requests at the rate of $25/hr.
HOUSE RULES & FAQs...
-Strict quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am.
-No guests outside of the reservation are permitted to be at the home.
-Parties/large gatherings strictly prohibited.
-Non-smoking and recreational drug-free space. $1000 fine if smoking is detected.
-Driveway accommodates 2 cars and street parking is scarce. DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE NEIGHBORING HOMES.
-Lock the door each time you leave home by pressing and holding the Schlage icon
-Please shower before entering the hot tub; no children under 4 years old in the hot tub.
-No pets. $250 fine per pet.
-Please notify us prior if you’re bringing a Service Animal.
