One full bathroom is on the first floor where an air mattress will also be provided. There is plenty of original art throughout the house. The kitchen is a chef's delight: high-end appliances and plenty of cookware are available for your cooking needs. Parties, loud music, or large gatherings are absolutely not allowed. All parties will be shut down right away and result in immediate eviction with no refund. Smoking Policy:
This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted on the premises. If any evidence of smoking is found, there will be a $500 fine. Pet Policy:
Sorry, but no pets are allowed. Having a pet will result in a $300 fine. Noise Level:
No noise after 10 p.m. on the weekends, 9 p.m. on the weekdays. The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Parties, loud music, or large gatherings are absolutely not allowed. Jumpy Houses:
No bounce houses of any kind are permitted on the property.
