There is a new stack-able washer and dryer to do your laundry. (So pack light.) Enjoy your own deck with two lounge chairs to enjoy sun bathing or your morning coffee. There is a out door kitchen and island with additional table and chairs to enjoy the BBQ'er. (please keep in mind the out door kitchen is in a common area to be shared with the main house.)
