The Space:

PLEASE NOTE that although the listing photos include shots of the entire apartment complex, featuring the front units with a direct view of the ocean, your unit does not have a direct ocean view. However, you are still just a few steps away from the beach and boardwalk.



This efficiently designed studio boasts modern appliances and thoughtful amenities, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. Special features include a luxurious bathtub and direct beachfront access, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Please note! The bathtub jets are currently not working. We apologize for the inconvenience. The bathtub is deep, so not ideal for those with limited mobility.



The outside patio is available for all guests staying at the complex to enjoy, as well as the propane grill. This is shared among the complex.



A space heater is provided for your comfort.



Guest Access:

Experience hassle-free access with our digital lock system. This studio is exclusively yours during your stay, with no access restrictions.



Parking on the street is available, but there is NO designated parking spot for your unit. Please note that Mission Bay can get quite busy, so parking may be difficult to find at times. It is the nature of the beach front area.



Your studio apartment is located on the second floor of the complex, and requires using the stairs.

Nestled in the heart of Mission Bay, you're steps away from iconic attractions like SeaWorld, Mission Beach, and Belmont Park. Indulge in local cuisine at Oceana Coastal Kitchen or enjoy a rooftop dining experience at Cannonball.



Getting Around:

Our central location offers various transportation options, including car rentals, bike-friendly paths, ride-sharing services, and public transportation via the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System.

Beach Toys: Provided for your enjoyment. Please rinse and return them after use.

Hair Dryer: Conveniently located in the bathroom.

Cookware & Silverware: Fully equipped for your cooking needs. Please clean after use.

Smart TV: Enjoy your favorite shows with our complimentary streaming services.

WiFi: Free and fast, for all your internet needs.

Air Conditioning: A portable AC will be available for you to keep cool during your stay. Please turn off when not in the apartment.

Heating: A space heater is provided for your comfort.

Murphy Bed: The queen sized bed has the option to be lifted up and stowed away if desired. Please note, stowage of the bed should not be attempted by only one person as it is rather heavy.

No Parties or Events: Our property is located in a peaceful neighborhood, and we strive to maintain this tranquility.

No Smoking: Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the check-in and check-out times unless otherwise arranged.

Quiet Hours: From 10 PM to 8 AM, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.

Maximum Occupancy: The studio accommodates up to two guests. Please respect this limit.

Cleanliness: Keep the space tidy. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.

Damage Policy: Any damages to the property or its contents should be reported immediately. Charges may apply.

Safety: Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.

Eco-Friendly Practices: Please conserve energy and water where possible.
