Beachee Townhouse Close to Everything

Foodies are going to have a great time walking to all the different restaurants available. From coffee shops, fresh seafood, Mexican, Greek, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Açaí, BBQ and too many places to name all in walking distance. About a mile to the beach and bay without the crowd and noise.
Go for a hike to the iconic Kate Session Park where you can get a great view of the bay and beach.
Bedrooms are spacious with large flats screen TV’s and have their own balconies and private bathroom. The master bedroom has a Split King adjustable bed with a massager that has separate remote controls and can also be divided as two separate XL Twins. Second bedroom has 2 queen size beds. Washer and dryer available in the home. Kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances and plenty of dishes, utensils, and cooking supplies for a family gathering. The dining room has seating for 6. Living room has a cozy sectional where you can relax and sit by the fire place and watch your favorite movie on a 60 inch TV. The front living room patio has a large Weber Gas grill.
Attached is a 1 car garage stocked with bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs/umbrellas and beach toys for the kiddos.

  • Small park with great views of San Diego, the skyline, Mission Bay and and the Pacific Ocean. The park is mainly visit by local people with their dogs as we can run free on the large grass area. It’s also nice for just Picknick and watching the views. RV parking was plenty along the curbside inside the park but probably hard to use the turn-back circle on the end of the park for RVs over 30 feet long. Absolutely Wonderful! Where do I begin…. The unit was very clean, great kitchen, nice sitting area. The bedrooms were so nice- spacious, with their own bathrooms, walk in closets and a TV in both. The amenities were quality with plenty of extras! Plenty of towels. Great bikes, and so much beach equipment. Large garage! Nice and big washer and dryers. Everything was just fantastic. Minutes away from multiple grocery stores and restaurants. Not a bad walk to the beach. Appreciated everything! Kind owners and excellent communication.

Great Vacation stay!!

Great location in PB

This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first. House is in a wonderful location to explore PB and San Diego. Beds are comfortable and house is stocked with everything you need. Owners are very communicative. Highly recommend.

Family friendly vacations

This property was just as described. It had all the amenities that we needed. All the beach items were wonderful to have available. The garage was wonderful since street parking can be tricky. We enjoyed several dinners on the patio. The location is very convenient. We walked & biked to the beach, to eat, grab items at the grocery store, or get ice cream several times. It was easy to get to the zoo, Balboa Park, all the beaches as we visited all of them, whake watching tours, & fishing tours. Highly recommend.

Feeling right at home

What a wonderful homebase for exploring all things San Diego! Matched the description perfectly. We loved all of it--the washer and dryer, nice kitchen (including a huge fridge), the beach gear, comfy beds, and the garage that fits a full-size SUV (Ford Explorer)! Owner responded super quickly and ensured our visit was perfect. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Easy access to the freeway in either direction to get to Legoland, the zoo, Balboa Park, Seaworld, wherever you want to go. It's a bit too far to walk to the beach, but with the garage, you don't need to worry about finding street parking coming back home. The house is easy to access, very clean, and well-stocked with things you need (soap, dishes, cookware, etc.). Thanks for a home away from home!

Fantastic

Great place in the heart of PB. The house is clean, has the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had in a rental, and the garage parking saves the struggle of finding street parking (which can be challenging in PB). Diana is an amazing host. Very quick to respond and when there was a slight issue, she had someone there to resolve it quickly. We go to SD annual to visit family and I think we’ve found out go to rental. Highly recommend!

San Diego family vacatio

We stayed for a week with our family of 4. The property had everything we needed for the beach and all the essentials in the kitchen. Plenty of room in bedrooms and it was so nice to have multiple bathrooms. Bedrooms have good size closets with plenty of hangers. The garage was so nice to have...parking in PB is difficult! Only thing i would say is it is a little far to walk to the beach if you're planning on taking boogie boards, umbrella, chairs, etc and it was a little hard to find parking near the beach depending on time of day and day of the week. Overall, though, this was a perfect place for our family!

Wonderful!!

This was a great property and listing description was very accurate. Very clean and updated with lots of extras provided. Close to groc stores, restaurants, beaches and easy location to get deliveries to. Will definitely stay here again on future trips to San Diego!! Garage was snug but fit full sized mininvan and was so convenient to have.

Clean and Great Location in PB!

This property was clean and well maintained. The garage was a big plus for parking and security. The outdoor patio space was very nice and the gas grill was clean and ready to use. The on site washer/dryer was convenient and the white bedding and bath towels were a nice touch. Kitchen had every thing we needed. Location is walkable to the beach and a local park. Our host, Diana was available and responded quickly to any questions that we had. All and all a very nice experience while visiting family for the Christmas holiday. Would highly recommend staying here!

This is the one for a great family vacation!

Property was perfect! Cute and well sized for our family of 4. Very clean and well furnished, really nice touches and great price. Great communication with owner. Washer/Dryer, A/C and multiple bathrooms are a must for us - and this place delivered. Available bikes and beach toys were so nice. Location is within 10 miles of every beach, restaurant, theme park, baseball game, sailboat or zoo that you could want to visit. I am a total hotel snob and I would definitely stay here again if I return to San Diego. Thanks for being home base of a great family trip!

We had a wonderful stay but parking is very limited, we had one parking in the garage none on the street. The surroundings felt safe and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Our host was very helpful when we requested bath mats. I would stay again.

Perfect vacation home

We had 2 kids and 2 adults, there was plenty of space and everything was clean, updated and stocked. They even had laundry detergent and dryer sheets! Having a garage was a life saver when you are coming from the beach with two tired kids and you don't have to park a block away on a street. Walking distance to restaurants, 5 minutes drive to beaches, perfect!
