"Staff was nice and tried to make things better due to the horrible room switch. I paid in December and no one bothered to tell us we were going to get a different room. The room we stayed in should be about one half of the $xxx.00 paid in December. I have yet to receive a Discount. $xx. service fee for a one night stay. We left it in better shape than upon arrival. What the heck?

"Very safe feeling neighborhood. No problem walking around at night. The hotel complex is also safe and comfortable. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, especially the manager Jesus. Pool was clean and refreshing. There are lot flowers and plants which blow a lot leaves and petal in the pool in the windy afternoons. It makes for a lot of laughs trying to keep them out. The beach is about 6 to7 blocks but very walkable. There is a pizza place a block and a half and a restaurant named...
