"The apartment was everything that we were told. Close to the beach, undercover parking, full kitchen and right next to a construction site on both sides of the apartment. FYI the best time to have breakfast on the patio is at 9:00am sharp. That is when the break whistle blows and the construction noise stops for about 20 minutes. "Very nice place ti stay and I think reasonable. Dining next door at Flippers was very good. I was surprised to see every building is either new or completely refurbished. Due to the recent hurricane. But it us coming back strong. I would definitely recommend this condo for a nice quiet stay. Communication with the owner was easy and very quick."
