It has instructions on directions, parking, check-in, check-out, other videos on how to use things around the house, and many recommendations on places you can visit during your stay!
This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 5 to 10-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.
• GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire house.
• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles on the driveway and street. Garage is not available.
• WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi (500+ Mbps) available throughout the home, plus a spacious office with a seating area.

Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.
The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space on the driveway (2 cars). You can park 2 more cars on the street in front of the house. GARAGE is not available. MAX 4 CARS AT ALL TIMES.
Since this property is a little far from central San Antonio, the METRO system (bus transportation) does not go all the way there. However, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.
• Even though we include a gas fire pit, we do NOT refill the gas tank. You may need to refill it at a local hardware store or gas station that refills propane tanks.
• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
• For non-Airbnb and non-HVMB reservations: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
• By booking with us and continuing with this reservation, you automatically agree to the waivers, disclaimers, disclosures, and any other matter stated in this document: Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement.
