Pool & Spa Maintenance
-Professionally Cleaned Twice a Week – The pool and spa are professionally serviced twice a week to maintain cleanliness and water quality.
-Robot Pool Cleaner Provided – We provide a robot pool cleaner to help keep the pool tidy between professional cleanings.
-Leaf Maintenance – The backyard features mature oak trees over 30 years old, which add to the beauty of the space but naturally shed leaves into the pool. While we do our best to keep the pool clear, you may notice some leaves between cleanings. We provide pool cleaning tools and a robotic pool cleaner for your convenience.
-Important: Please ensure the robot pool cleaner remains inside the pool when not in use to keep it functioning properly.

No added fees — your private pool and spa will be ready and waiting! Pool and spa heating is now included in your stay at no extra charge. Whether you're enjoying a summer swim or a relaxing soak after a busy day, you’ll love having the warmth and comfort ready to go.
Please note: During colder months (typically October–March), heat times may vary based on outdoor temps. We monitor and manage this remotely to ensure guest comfort.

Maximum occupancy: 12 guests
No unregistered guests allowed. A $50/night fee applies for unauthorized guests.
Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. Please respect the neighbors.
Only park in the designated driveway and street space in front of the home
Fire pit: firewood or fire logs only – no lighter fluid or accelerants
Spa heat is available via propane at $30 per day; pool is not heated, please reach out if you would like pool heating as a separate cost
Glassware is not permitted near the pool for safety reasons
Wi-Fi is complimentary, but no refunds will be provided for outages outside of the host’s control
