Plum House is set on a quiet street in the heart of the historic Monte Vista neighborhood, a short drive from the best restaurants, bars, and boutique shops. Trinity University campus is only a half block walk, with its Henry Moore statues and gardens. The area abounds with mansions built about 1900. Monte Vista, Olmos Park and Alamo Heights represent one of the most stylish and historic residential areas of San Antonio.

Airport is a short 12 minute drive. 3 minute drive to US281, IH35 and IH10. 3 minute walk to bus stop. Bikes are encouraged. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are also available and recommended.

By law, guest must pay a 10.75% hotel occupancy tax to the city of San Antonio and Bexar County. This tax is billed separately and is due before the first day of occupancy, or check-in may be interrupted. Tax will be billed separately through AirBnb. (Note that AirBnb collects the Texas state 6% occupancy tax separately and as part of your rental payment).
