We arrived and I will say that check in was quick. But it went down when we got to our room and found out that our door was not working. We asked for someone to check our room. An hour later we called back and stated it would be another hour or so until it could be looked at. I asked for us to be placed into another room. We went to the other room and this door did not work either. Desk told me that it worked I just had to jiggle the handle. I then asked her to please follow me, once she saw the door we were then placed in another room. She was super nice. The next morning, I took a shower and heard commotion in my room, I got out of the shower and saw my door being closed like someone had been in my room. I got dressed and went downstairs asking what was going on as I was in the shower and saw my door being closed. I was then informed by the gentleman on duty I was a liar and that that never happened. I stated I was not sure why I would lie about something like that and I was just trying to find out what was going on. He told me that my shower was leaking into the lobby and they needed to look at it and they had called my phone. I again stated I was in the shower I could not answer the phone in the room and I never heard anybody knocking. But I do not want them entering the room. He again stated I was a liar. I asked if we needed to move rooms then and he stated no. I stayed here because I had meetings to attend. But I checked out early and will not return.
